We want you to love your purchase. If something’s wrong, we’ll make it right! You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.


1. What We Cover

Free Returns/Refunds For:
 Defective Items: Misprints, manufacturing flaws, or damage (e.g., holes, stains, crooked designs)
 Our Mistakes: Wrong item, size, or design shipped
 Lost Packages: Confirmed lost via carrier tracking

Not Covered:
❌ Change of mind or size/color exchanges (if correct item was shipped)
❌ Color differences due to monitor/screen settings
❌ Normal wear and tear after use


2. How to Start a Return

Step 1: Contact Us

  • Email support@resetrewind.com within 30 days of delivery.

  • Include in your message:
    🔹 Order number
    🔹 3-5 clear photos/video of the issue
    🔹 Brief explanation

Step 2: We Review (3-5 Business Days)

  • Approved (Our Fault):

    • Free prepaid return label emailed to you.

    • Refund/replacement sent once we receive the item.

  • Denied (Not Our Fault):

    • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

    • Detailed reason provided via email.


3. Refund Rules

  • Timing: 5-10 business days after we process your return.

  • Method: Refund to original payment or store credit (your choice).

  • Exchanges: Only for identical replacements (if available).


4. Who Pays for Shipping?

  • Free Returns: Defective items, our errors, or lost packages.

  • You Pay: Non-defective returns (e.g., wrong size ordered, change of mind).


5. Lost Packages?

  1. Check with neighbors/local post office first.

  2. If still missing, contact us. We’ll work with the carrier to confirm loss (7-14 days).

  3. Reshipment or refund issued once loss is verified.


Important Notes:
🔸 Never ship items without our approval – unapproved returns will be refused.
🔸 Items must be unused and in original packaging for non-defective returns.
